Shipping and returns.

Send

After receipt of payment, your order will be delivered to the shipping address within 48 hours. We will prepare your order and send a track and trace code so that you can always track the status of your order. Bloomm works with the parcel services of Post NL, DHL and DPD.

Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase and would like to return it, you can do so up to 14 days after shipment of your order. The shipping date is stated on the enclosed invoice. You can only return unopened products that have not been used and for which the warranty seal has not been broken. Send us an email; info@bloomm.today stating;

The reason for return

Then send your purchase (at your own expense) together with the return form ( download ) to the postal address below. We must receive your return within 14 days. Don't forget to include the returns form with your shipment.

We will refund the purchase amount to your account number within 7 days of receipt. If you have used a discount code, you will receive a new code.

Once we have received your return, we will send you a credit note by email. You can then expect the money back in your bank account within 7 days. If you have paid with a discount voucher, you will receive a new code to activate it with a new purchase.
